Calibre Resourcing Solutions is seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators for an upcoming 4-week scalping project commencing in early January 2026. This is a great opportunity to secure work for the new year on a well-supported site with strong safety and operational standards.
About the Role
- Operators will be responsible for supporting site production activities using the following machinery:
- 35T Excavator and/or Wheel Loader – Komatsu WA600 or WA900
- We are seeking candidates who can either operate both machines or those who are proficient in one (excavator or loader). Multiple configurations will be considered to ensure both machines can run safely and efficiently.
Key Details
- Start Date: Early January 2026
- Duration: Approximately 4 rostered weeks
- Roster: 8/6 day 7/7 night
- Shift: Rotating roster (day and night depending on crew availability)
- Engagement Type: DIDO
- Provided: Meals, accommodation, and site support
- Mobilisation: Priority for candidates with a current coal or hard rock mine medical
Requirements
- RII for 35T Excavator and/or Wheel Loader (WA600/WA900)
- Demonstrated experience operating relevant machinery
- Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
- Current pre-employment medical (preferred but not essential)
- Reliable and committed to the full duration of the project
- Must be able to DIDO as required
