Calibre Resourcing Solutions is on the lookout for a motivated Finance Officer / Administrator to join our crew!
This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-focused, organised, and enjoys keeping the numbers (and the office) running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing accounts receivables
- Reconciling accounts and processing invoices
- Preparing quotes as required
- General administration and office support
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a finance or admin role
- Xero experience is essential (coupa experience a bonus!)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A team player with great communication skills
Based in Mount Isa - Off Site role
