WE’RE HIRING – FINANCE OFFICER / ADMINISTRATOR 


Calibre Resourcing Solutions is on the lookout for a motivated Finance Officer / Administrator to join our crew! 


This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-focused, organised, and enjoys keeping the numbers (and the office) running smoothly.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing accounts receivables
  • Reconciling accounts and processing invoices
  • Preparing quotes as required
  • General administration and office support

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a finance or admin role
  • Xero experience is essential (coupa experience a bonus!)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • A team player with great communication skills

Based in Mount Isa - Off Site role
