We’re Hiring – Processing ROM Operator 


Calibre Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Processing ROM Operator to join our client’s site. This is a short-term opportunity to backfill one role for an initial couple of months, with the potential for extension.


About the Role


  • Work on the Processing ROM
  • Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off (Tues–Tues)
  • Shifts: Day shift only – 12 hours per shift
  • FIFO: Out of Townsville 
  • Must be able to pass a mine site medical

Candidates with the following tickets will be highly regarded (the more the better):

  • Front End Loader ticket
  • Moxy ticket
  • Dozer ticket
  • Excavator ticket
  • Ability to pass a police check
