We have two exciting permanent opportunities for a qualified Electrical Manager and Electrical Supervisor to take charge of key projects, guide high-performing teams, and help shape the future of our operations.

About the Roles

  • Whether you’re stepping into the Electrical Manager role or leading on the ground as an Electrical Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing and supervising electrical works across diverse projects
  • Leading and motivating skilled electrical teams
  • Ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
  • Delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • To be successful in these positions, you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in electrical management or supervision
  • Trade qualifications and current electrical licences
  • A strong focus on workplace safety and quality assurance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Location

Mount Isa, Queensland – preference given to local candidates with strong community connections.
