Warehouse Operator (Kawana - Rockhampton)

Location: Kawana - Rockhampton, QLD

Duration: 4 weeks (Short-Term Contract)

Calibre Resourcing Solutions (Townsville Branch) is currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Warehouse Operator for a short-term contract based in Rockhampton. This position plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, dispatch, and general site upkeep.

Role Responsibilities:

End-to-end stock control and dispatch from the Rockhampton warehouse
Picking, packing, and preparing outgoing orders
Maintain accurate records through the inventory management system
Assist with incoming goods and liaise with logistics partners
Monthly stocktakes and accurate reporting of discrepancies
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment
Provide general warehouse support and assist neighbouring operations on-site if required
Support marketing and sales logistics as needed (e.g. field day materials)

To be successful, you’ll have:

Previous experience in warehouse operations and inventory control
Current Forklift Licence (High Risk Work Licence)
Current QLD Driver's Licence
Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail, initiative, and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
A commitment to workplace health and safety
