Our client is seeking a hands-on Working Concreting Supervisor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with solid practical experience in all aspects of concreting—formwork, reinforcement fixing, placement, and finishing—who is ready to take the next step into supervision while remaining actively involved onsite.

Salary:

$110,000 – $120,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Planning and coordination of all resources including plant, labour, materials, and subcontractors
On-site management and execution of civil construction works
Program and budget management, with effective planning and scheduling
Building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including client meetings
Conduct daily pre-start meetings and weekly toolbox talks
Monitor activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

Proven construction experience in earthworks, drainage, footpaths, carparks, road pavements, and related structures
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of HSEQ, compliance requirements, and safety systems
