Calibre Resourcing Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mining Engineer / Project Lead for an exciting role based out of our Townsville office. If you have a strong background in underground construction and are looking for your next big challenge — we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

This position will see you take a leading role on site, working across underground construction projects in a dynamic and fast-paced mining environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative and safety-focused team delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage underground construction operations
Liaise with project stakeholders and provide technical leadership
Ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently
Support the development and implementation of site plans
Maintain compliance with all safety and operational procedures

What You Need:

Previous underground mining/construction experience
Relevant Engineering qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Wiliingness to obtain or hold current site medicals and inductions
Safety conscious, reliable, and ready to take initiative
