We’re Hiring: Technical Sales Consultant

Location: Based in Townsville

Calibre Resourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Sales Consultant to join one of our premier clients. If you’re experienced in technical or industrial sales, love building client relationships, and want to be hands-on with exciting projects — this could be the role for you!

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our clients full range of products and services across Far North Queensland. This role requires someone with strong commercial acumen, mechanical knowledge, and a hands-on approach to managing on-site application work from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
Quoting jobs with accurate pricing and profit margins
Managing new and existing client relationships
Conducting on-site technical applications and customer raining
Preparing professional sales presentations
Providing expert technical advice to clients
Regular site visits and reporting through SharePoint & CRM systems
Ensuring all OHS/WHS requirements are met

What We’re Looking For:

At least 5 years of technical or industrial sales experience
Mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings/specs
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
Physically capable of hands-on site work
Full driver's license
Experience with rotating equipment (highly regarded)
Tertiary qualifications in engineering or business (desirable)
