Fixed Plant Fitter – 4/4 Roster | Local Position | 12-Hour Shifts
Calibre Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Fitter for a local role with one of our valued clients. This is a 4 days on / 4 days off roster, working 12-hour shifts, offering an excellent work-life balance for candidates based locally.
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Mechanical Fitter with experience working on fixed plant equipment in a mining or industrial environment. This is not a FIFO role – applicants must be local or live within daily commuting distance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on fixed plant equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults to ensure minimal downtime
- Work effectively in a team and maintain high safety standards
What You’ll Need:
- Mechanical trade qualification
- Proven experience with fixed plant equipment
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4/4 roster
- Must be based locally – no FIFO or accommodation provided
- Ability to pass or obtain a low-risk pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Strong safety and team focus
