CRS is recruiting an experienced Civil Supervisor for a permanent, residential position based in Townsville.

And before anyone asks… 👀

🏠 YES – based in Townsville

✈️ NO – it’s not FIFO

🚗 YES – travel will be required when projects call for it

We’re looking for someone who knows civil and road construction inside and out and can lead crews, coordinate projects, solve problems and keep the job moving safely and efficiently. The role covers project preparation and delivery, supervision of operators and project resources, client liaison, safety and quality, tender support, procurement, reporting and plant coordination.

👀 YOU’LL GET OUR ATTENTION IF YOU HAVE:

🚧 Around 10 years' road/civil construction experience

🚜 Strong knowledge of road reconstruction machinery

👷 Experience supervising operators & project crews

📋 Strong planning and organisational skills

🤝 The ability to deal confidently with clients, crews and management

💻 Good computer skills – Word, Excel & Project

🎓 Cert IV Civil Construction Supervision highly regarded

This isn't a role for someone who just wants to watch from the sidelines.

We want someone who can get amongst it, lead from the front, make decisions and help get projects across the line. 💪
