📢 WE’RE HIRING | STOCK FEED LABOURER – TOWNSVILLE

Calibre Resourcing Solutions is currently recruiting a Stock Feed Labourer for a local Townsville operation.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, isn't afraid to get stuck in and is happy working across different areas of the plant.

🛠️ What will you be doing?

You'll work across two key areas:

🔹 Dry Plant – bagging product, sewing bags and stacking pallets

🔹 Block Processing – using an air saw, testing blocks and wrapping finished products in plastic

This is a physical role, so you'll need a reasonable level of fitness and be comfortable working on your feet and using your hands throughout the shift.

⏰ The roster

The operation runs 24/5, with employees rotating through three shifts:

☀️ Morning Shift

🌤️ Afternoon Shift

🌙 Night Shift

Shifts rotate weekly, so applicants must be available and comfortable working across all three shift types.

👷 What we're looking for

✔ Reliable and hardworking

✔ Safety focused

✔ Comfortable with hands-on, physical work

✔ Able to work well as part of a team

✔ Good level of fitness

⭐ Forklift ticket is preferred, but not essential – don't let this stop you from applying!
