Calibre Resourcing Solutions is currently recruiting experienced civil personnel for rehabilitation works across Tully and Ravenshoe.

We’re looking for:

🚛 HC Truck & Dog Drivers

🚜 Roller Operators

🚜 Grader Operators

🚧 Backhoe Operators

👷 Civil Construction Supervisor – DRFA experience required

👷 TMI Labourers

WHAT’S ON OFFER?

✅ 6-day working week

✅ 10–12 hour days

✅ Accommodation provided

✅ Work expected to continue through to late November / early December 2026

📍 LOCATION IS IMPORTANT

These roles are suited to applicants who are local to Tully/Ravenshoe or live within approximately a 4-hour drive of the project locations.
