Calibre Resourcing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Field Maintenance Superintendent to lead a mobile maintenance team supporting drilling operations across Australia.

This is a permanent leadership opportunity suited to an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter or Maintenance Leader looking to take the next step in their career while leading a high-performing field maintenance team.

What's on offer?

✅ Choose from one of the following rosters:

2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

1 Week On / 1 Week Off

2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off

✅ 12-hour shifts

✅ Meals & accommodation provided while on site

✅ FIFO offered from major airports across Queensland

We're looking for someone with extensive experience maintaining heavy mobile equipment, strong hydraulic diagnostic skills and proven leadership experience managing field-based maintenance teams.

This position is FIFO from major airports across Queensland only. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from candidates based outside Queensland, Australia.
