Calibre Resourcing Solutions is currently seeking experienced Labourers for a range of ongoing opportunities across Townsville!


We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and a background in one or more of the following industries:

Construction

Building

Manufacturing

Landscaping

Civil/Mining Support


What we’re looking for:

A valid Construction White Card

Driver’s licence preferred, but reliable transport is a must

Prior experience in one or more of the industries listed

Ability to work Monday to Friday with flexibility for occasional weekend work

A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safe work practices

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks


Opportunities may include:

  • General site labouring
  • Landscaping and grounds maintenance
  • Assisting tradespeople
  • Operating hand and power tools
  • Manufacturing and warehouse support roles
  • Site clean-ups and material handling
