Calibre Resourcing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the mining, exploration and infrastructure sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of a successful organisation.

We're looking for someone with proven business development experience within the mining, drilling, civil construction or resources sectors who has a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

You'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, preparing winning tenders, strengthening strategic partnerships and working closely with operational teams to deliver successful outcomes.

This role is ideally suited to candidates currently living on the Sunshine Coast or those willing to relocate.
