CIVIL OPERATORS

🚨 CIVIL OPERATORS WANTED – ASAP START 🚨

Calibre Resourcing Solutions is currently recruiting Civil Operators for an exciting 6–8 month project in the Townsville region.

We're looking for experienced operators who are ready to hit the ground running and become part of a busy civil project.

We are seeking operators with experience on:

🚜 Excavators (10T–35T)

🚧 Graders (140–160M)

🚜 Dozers (D6)

🚛 Moxy Dump Trucks (30T)

💧 Water Carts (HR Licence & RII Required)

To be considered you will have:

✔ Relevant RII competencies for the equipment you operate

✔ HR Licence (required for Water Cart operators)

✔ Civil construction experience

✔ Candidates with multiple machine competencies highly regarded

✔ Willingness to assist with labouring duties when required

✔ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

📍 Please note: This is a local opportunity only and is not a FIFO or DIDO position. Applicants must be able to work locally in the Townsville region.
