Calibre Resourcing Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced **Contracts Advisor** for a 12-month contract opportunity within the mining industry.

This role would suit a commercially focused professional with experience across contracts, procurement, sourcing, tendering and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

As the Contracts Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting sourcing, tendering, commercial negotiation and contract award activities across operational and project-based contracts.

You will work closely with site teams to help deliver fit-for-purpose contract outcomes while supporting commercial risk management, compliance and value-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

* Support sourcing and tendering activities

* Prepare and manage RFQs, RFIs and tender documentation

* Assist with commercial evaluations and cost analysis

* Participate in commercial negotiations

* Support contractor selection and contract award processes

* Engage with internal stakeholders and site teams

* Identify commercial and contractual risks

* Maintain strong compliance, governance and probity standards

To Be Successful

You will have:

* Previous experience in contracts, procurement or commercial roles

* Tendering and contract negotiation experience

* Strong commercial and financial understanding

* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast-paced site-based environment

* Mining, construction or heavy industry experience preferred

* Microsoft Office experience, including Word and Excel

This is a DIDO opportunity
