Calibre Resourcing Solutions is currently seeking experienced underground mining personnel for multiple upcoming opportunities supporting underground operations in North Queensland.

We are recruiting for the following roles:

* Long Hole Drillers

* Shotcrete Operators

* Agi Operators

* Underground Truck Drivers

These positions offer ongoing opportunities within underground mining environments, working with experienced crews and established operations.

Rosters & Travel

* 7/7/8/6 rotating day/night rosters

* DIDO from Mount Isa, Cloncurry & surrounding areas

* FIFO from Cairns, QLD ONLY

* FIFO from other locations will not be considered

About the Roles

Long Hole Drillers

Seeking operators experienced in underground production drilling, including up holes and down holes. Experience on Sandvik Solo rigs and/or Epiroc Simba rigs highly regarded.

Shotcrete Operators

Seeking experienced underground Shotcrete Operators with Spraymec and batching experience. Candidates with underground construction and mine services experience highly regarded.

Agi Operators

Seeking experienced underground Agi Operators with batching and underground mine services experience.

Underground Truck Drivers

Seeking experienced underground truck operators with strong safety focus and underground mining exposure.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous underground mining experience relevant to the role

* Strong commitment to safety and site procedures

* Ability to work rotating day/night rosters

* Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic

* Ability to work effectively within underground mining crews

* Relevant underground mining tickets and competencies

* Current C Class Driver Licence

Additional highly regarded experience includes:

* Spraymec operations

* Batch plant operations

* Underground mine services

* Ground support experience

* Ventilation and dewatering installation

* IT / integrated tool carrier operations

Mandatory Requirements

* Ability to pass a mine site medical

* Current underground mining experience

* Relevant tickets, licences and competencies

* Working at Heights (highly regarded)
