Calibre Resourcing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Scaffolding Coordinator to join our team in Mount Isa.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong scaffolding knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate projects, clients, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

✅ THE RIGHT PERSON WILL HAVE:

• Ability to communicate professionally with clients

• Ability to quote scaffolding works

• Ability to carry out business development for the scaffolding department

• Ability to plan and schedule works effectively

• Strong understanding of scaffolding systems

• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing

This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a position where they can combine operational knowledge with client relationships and coordination responsibilities.
