These roles sit at the centre of operations, supporting day-to-day coordination, safety & compliance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across the business.

What you’ll do:

✔️ Support operations, safety & compliance processes

✔️ Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships

✔️ Assist with reporting, forecasting & recruitment tender coordination

✔️ Drive engagement across teams and stakeholders

✔️ Contribute to a high-performance, solutions-focused culture

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Mining industry experience (hard rock and/or coal)

✔️ Supervisory-level background highly regarded

✔️Strong leadership and communication skills

✔️ Solid understanding of safety & compliance

✔️ Experience in reporting, forecasting or coordination work

✔️ Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive mindset
