Calibre Resourcing Solutions is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Training Coordinator to join our team in Mount Isa.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting workforce compliance and ensuring our crews are site-ready and set up for success.

About the Role:

🔹 Coordinate and schedule training, inductions and competencies

🔹 Maintain training records and compliance systems

🔹 Liaise with clients, RTOs and site contacts

🔹 Ensure all personnel are site compliant and ready for mobilisation

🔹 Training will be provided

What we’re looking for:

✔ Previous experience in a training, Admin or compliance role

(mining/labour hire highly regarded)

✔ Strong organisational and time management skills

✔ High attention to detail

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Confident communicator with a proactive approach
