Calibre Resourcing Solutions is seeking reliable and hard-working Surface Labourers to join our teams across active mine sites. If you’re safety-focused, hands-on, and ready to work in a mining environment, we want to hear from you.


About the role:

  • General surface labouring duties on mine sites
  • Monday to Friday roster
  • Housekeeping, manual handling, and site clean-up
  • Working in line with site safety standards and procedures

What we’re looking for:

  • Local to Mt Isa - No FIFO
  • Strong safety awareness and positive attitude
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Manual drivers licence
