Underground Shotcrete & AGI Operators – FIFO Opportunities (2 Roles Each - FIFO from Cairns ONLY) Locals DIDO Preffered
Calibre Resourcing Solutions is currently seeking experienced Underground Shotcrete Operators and AGI Operators for upcoming project works. We are recruiting two operators for each role and are looking for skilled underground candidates with strong safety focus and proven operational experience.

Shotcrete Operators (2 Roles)
About the Role
You will be responsible for the safe operation of underground shotcrete equipment to install fibrecrete in line with ground support standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate underground Spraymec equipment for fibrecrete installation
- Ensure quality assurance of loads and testing requirements
- Support ventilation installation, service repairs and heading works
- Operate Agitator as required
- Plate and tension installed cables when required
- Assist with drill site set-up work
- Conduct pre-starts and maintain high housekeeping standards
Requirements
- Underground Spraymec experience
- Shotcrete application experience
- Agitator and batch plant exposure
- Working at Heights & current C Class licence
- Experience with vent installation, dewatering and mine services
AGI Operators (2 Roles)
About the Role
You will be responsible for safe operation of an underground Agitator supplying concrete for shotcreting and underground construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate underground Agitator equipment safely
- Operate surface batch plant for required mix supply
- Perform quality assurance and load testing
- Support services installation and ventilation works
- Operate shotcreter when required
- Conduct pre-start checks and maintain housekeeping
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months Underground Agitator experience
- Minimum 12 months batch plant experience
- Minimum 12 months underground experience
- Working at Heights & current C Class licence
- Strong knowledge of underground construction environments
