NPI (Non-Process Infrastructure) Supervisor (FIFO / DIDO / BIBO) – Upcoming 2026 Projects

Calibre Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced NPI Supervisor to support upcoming 2026 construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with strong multi-discipline project experience looking to step into a key site-based supervisory role.

About the Role

Reporting into the project leadership team, you will oversee construction works across a range of disciplines, ensuring safe execution, quality outcomes, and delivery in line with project schedules. This role requires strong leadership capability, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple crews and contractors in a dynamic site environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise multi-discipline subcontractors across civil, mechanical, structural and electrical works 

• Drive works to schedule and ensure milestones are achieved 

• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily reporting 

• Coordinate materials, plant and equipment delivery 

• Monitor HSE, quality and compliance across all site activities 

• Manage contractor and internal interfaces across project teams

About You

• S1, S2, S3 Supervisor tickets 

• G2 & G3 risk management certificates 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar project supervision roles 

• Proven experience delivering multi-discipline construction works 

• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills 

• White Card and valid Australian driver’s licence
